Here's a quick look at what’s coming up: This Week’s Highlights Monday, November 5th: Pre-K–5 Parent-Teacher Conferences Our Parent-Teacher Conferences for Pre-K through 5th grade will be held all day on Monday. This is an excellent opportunity to discuss your child’s progress and goals as we begin the new quarter. Tuesday, November 6th: Pre-K–12 Parent-Teacher Conferences Parent-Teacher Conferences for all grades, Pre-K through 12th, will take place on Tuesday. Make an appointment with your student’s teachers if you haven’t yet.
Thursday, November 8th: Principal’s Community Engagement Tea Honoring Our Veterans! We are honored to invite all our Trojan community members to a special Veteran’s Day Tea from 3:30 to 4:30 PM. Join us in celebrating and showing appreciation to our veterans and their families for their dedication to our country and school community. Looking Ahead With the new quarter underway, students have a fresh start to reach for their personal and academic goals. Thank you to everyone who joined us for last week’s Honor Roll Assembly—it was a joy to celebrate our students' hard work. Let’s continue encouraging our Trojans as they strive for excellence this quarter! Thank you, Trojan families, for your ongoing support and partnership in your students' education.
We look forward to seeing many of you at conferences, the Veteran’s Tea, and future events throughout the quarter. Let’s make it a memorable week!

If your child will be absent from school, call the main office or email goksel.cetinoz@dodea.edu.
When your child or children return to school, please provide the main office with a written explanation. Please not that the written explanation, by itself, does not constitute an excused absence
Additional information:
- A doctor's note is required after three consecutive days of illness.
- For absences of 5 or more days, including isolation periods, planned trips, and emergencies, a pre-absence form signed by the administration is required.
Parents, be sure to check your child's grades in the SIS (Aspen) Parent Portal. Your access credentials are the same ones you used when registering your child(ren).
In addition to checking grades, the Parent Portal gives you access to your child's attendance information, the public version of our live school Google calendar, and the daily announcements made over the intercom each morning!
Pro-tip: If you don't see this extra information and you're using your smartphone or tablet, try the "View Full Site" link.
Your child has their own access as well.
If you run into problems, please contact our School ET: Dr. Serra Coruh
